Your lettering is then individually made for you from high quality matte black adhesive vinyl and prepared with transfer tape for easy application.

The lettering is not printed. Letters, numbers and designs are cut directly from the single color vinyl. Once applied, only the desired letters and shapes remain on your gear.

You can choose between the following options:

• Standard Lettering: Your custom text in the bold Arial Black font, with no additional design fee.
• Industrial Lettering: Your custom text in an independently designed font with a distinctive technical look, also with no additional design fee.
• Custom Design or Logo: A different font, your own logo or a special design based on your artwork, with a one time design fee of €10.00.

Both available lettering styles are included in the regular product price.

For special design requests, a one time design fee of €10.00 per design and order applies, regardless of size or quantity.

Important: All lettering is made exclusively in matte black. Multicolor designs, photographs and gradients cannot be reproduced directly.

Industrial Lettering

Want to give your zipper cover a new look?

Simply select “Industrial Lettering” when ordering.

This option uses an independently designed font with a distinctive technical appearance. It differs from the standard Arial Black font and is particularly suitable for lettering on zipper covers. 😉

To replace the familiar lettering on the zipper cover, 4 identical pieces are generally required. Select the pack of 4 for this purpose.

The Industrial font is already included in the regular product price.

This is an independently designed decorative lettering product, not an original manufacturer's marking.

What Can Be Made From Your Design

Depending on your artwork, the following options are possible:

The exact result depends on your original artwork.

Important: These are not printed stickers. The lettering is made from single color vinyl. Multiple colors, gradients, shading and photographic details are not possible. Very fine lines, small text or complex shapes may need to be simplified.

Size & Quantity

Choose the right size for your gear:

• S: up to 15 cm wide
• M: up to 25 cm wide
• L: up to 30 cm wide

The height depends on the proportions of your design.

The maximum design size is 30 × 30 cm. Even a single letter can fill the maximum available size.

Choose between the following quantities:

• 1 piece
• 2 pieces
• 4 pieces

All lettering pieces in a pack are made with the same design and in the same size.

No additional design fee applies to any of the available sizes.

Suitable Surfaces

The lettering is intended for customizing gear with smooth surfaces that have little or no stretch.

Examples include:

• Heavy rubber suits and Industrial Suits
• Zipper covers on heavy suits
• Suitable rigid plastic surfaces
• Suitable masks and accessories
• Other Kink Gear with comparable surfaces

Not recommended for highly stretchable latex suits.

Actual adhesion depends on the material, surface condition, care and mechanical stress.

Permanent adhesion on every material cannot be guaranteed.

Application

Thoroughly clean the intended surface before application and allow it to dry completely.

Only use the included cleaning wipe if it is compatible with the surface material.

Gently press down the transfer tape before removing the backing paper to ensure that all parts of the design adhere to the tape.

Slowly peel away the backing paper.

Position the lettering on the desired surface and press it down evenly, working from the center outward.

Slowly remove the transfer tape at a shallow angle. If individual letters or design elements begin to lift, press them down again.

After application, allow the lettering to rest for 48 to 72 hours without significant mechanical stress whenever possible.

Artwork Guidelines

By uploading your artwork, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use the design for the production of your personalized product.

Please upload a high contrast design with clear outlines whenever possible.

Lettering, simple logos, symbols and graphics with clearly defined shapes work particularly well.

Photographs, gradients and multicolor designs cannot be reproduced exactly.

Suitable artwork may be simplified into a single color design.

Very small details, fine lines and complex shapes may cause difficulties during production or application.

Important Information

The lettering is intended exclusively for decorative customization of Kink Gear and recreational outfits.

It is not an original manufacturer's marking and does not replace any safety related labeling.

Applying lettering to certified protective suits, protective helmets or other personal protective equipment may affect their protective performance or manufacturer approval. Modified protective equipment must not be used for protective purposes without appropriate professional authorization.

Do not apply to highly stretchable, damaged or unsuitable surfaces.

Do not use aggressive solvents, additional adhesives or excessive heat during application.
