A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not members of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are located outside the European Union.

General Information

  1. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

  2. Please do not return goods to us carriage forward.

  3. Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
