The Vacuum Adapter for AlphaTec chemical protective suits is pushed directly onto the existing exhaust valve of a compatible suit.

The original exhaust valve remains installed. It does not need to be removed to use the adapter.

Compatible accessories can be connected via the existing M40 connection.

Once connected, you do not need to manually open, close or switch any valve during use.

Push it on. Connect. Breathe. The negative pressure builds automatically.

How the adapter works

When you breathe, air is initially drawn from inside the suit.

This automatically creates negative pressure inside the suit.

Once the negative pressure has been established, outside air flows in through the designated connection as you continue breathing.

The process therefore works automatically through normal breathing.

No additional opening, closing or switching of a valve is required once the negative pressure has been established.

The adapter itself contains no filter material and does not clean or filter the incoming outside air.

Installation

The adapter is pushed directly onto the existing exhaust valve of a compatible AlphaTec chemical protective suit.

The original exhaust valve remains installed on the suit.

Fit, stability and compatibility must be checked before every use.

A proper fit cannot be guaranteed for every AlphaTec model or other exhaust valve designs.

Material & manufacturing

The adapter is 3D printed from PLA.

Fine print lines and small manufacturing-related surface variations may be visible. This is a normal part of the 3D printing process and is not a defect.

PLA is not suitable for high temperatures and should not be exposed to strong heat, prolonged direct sunlight or open flames.

Connecting a filter element does not automatically provide a protective function.

The adapter itself does not filter or clean the incoming outside air.
