The Vacuum Adapter for Trellchem and other airtight suits is installed in the remaining opening after the existing exhaust valve has been removed.

It is suitable for compatible Trellchem models as well as other airtight suits with an opening of approximately 25 mm or larger.

Compatible accessories can be connected via the integrated M40 connection.

The key feature: once connected, there is no valve that needs to be manually opened, closed or switched during use.

Connect it. Breathe. The negative pressure builds automatically.

How it works

As you breathe, air is initially drawn from inside the suit.

This automatically creates negative pressure inside the suit.

Once the negative pressure has been established, outside air flows in through the designated connection as you continue breathing.

The process therefore works automatically through normal breathing.

There is no need to manually open, close or switch a valve once the negative pressure has been established.

The adapter itself contains no filter material and does not clean the incoming outside air.

Installation

The existing exhaust valve is completely removed.

The adapter is then inserted into the remaining opening and screwed into place using the supplied fastening counterpart.

Required opening: approx. 25 mm or larger

The opening, dimensions and installation situation must be checked before ordering.

Compatibility with every Trellchem model or every other airtight suit cannot be guaranteed.

Material & manufacturing

The adapter is 3D printed from PLA.

Fine print lines and small manufacturing-related surface variations may be visible. This is a normal part of the 3D printing process and not a defect.

PLA is not suitable for high temperatures and should not be exposed to high heat, direct sunlight or open flames.

Removing the original exhaust valve modifies the suit and may impair or completely void its airtightness, certification or protective function.

Blocked or insufficient airflow can be dangerous.

Use only in safe and controlled situations. Stop use immediately if breathing becomes difficult, dizziness, discomfort or insufficient airflow occurs.

Connecting a filter element does not automatically provide a protective function.

The adapter itself does not filter or clean the incoming outside air.
