Locking Adapter for BND HD Zipper Systems

Closed is good. Lockable is better.

The Locking Adapter for BND HD zipper systems attaches to the zipper slider and zipper of a compatible BND HD system.

Once a suitable padlock is inserted and locked, the zipper can no longer be opened while the lock remains closed.

The adapter creates the connection between the zipper and the padlock mounting point.

Compatibility

Different versions of BND HD zipper systems exist.

Before ordering, carefully compare the images in the product gallery with your zipper.

Your zipper must visually match the version shown.

Compatibility cannot be guaranteed for different zipper designs.

Use

Position the adapter carefully on the zipper and move it into the intended position.

It should sit correctly and without unnecessary tension.

A suitable padlock can then be inserted and locked.

Before first use, we recommend a dry run without creating a locked situation so that the position and operation are familiar.

For zippers located on the back, assistance from another person is recommended.

Material & manufacturing

The adapter is 3D printed from PLA.

Fine print lines and small manufacturing variations may be visible. This is a normal part of the 3D printing process and not a defect.

PLA is not suitable for high temperatures and should not be exposed to high heat, direct sunlight or open flames.
